Agility Logistics relocated their Sydney office and warehouse distribution centre from Botany to Matraville. Reds Building & Carpentry's brief was to have the new premises functioning within 10 weeks. Reds Building & Carpentry, in conjunction with GDS Building Design Services, worked closely with Agility's NSW General Manager to maintain the company's core objectives.

Extensive demolition and services upgrade were two major components in the initial stage that determined a smooth changeover for our client.

The layout comprised extensive workstations, offices around the perimeter, an executive floor, break out areas and a commercial kitchen. The existing lighting system was upgraded to be environmentally friendly. This complemented an internal design structure which minimised the use of lighting volume for daylight hours.
