ERSKINE PARK CHILDCARE
Reds Building & Carpentry were engaged by National Childcare Centres to construct a new ABC Learning Centre, new soft fall areas and new play spaces, equipment and storage facilities. The building was to be located on the grounds of a local Anglican school so utmost care and diligence was taken in the areas of traffic management, site staff, public safety and communication between the school and site compound.
Strict adherence to the specification was needed for precise compliance requirements of childcare centres. Co-ordination of trades was strongly defined due to the use of interstate subcontractors, with a critical window of installation for the progression of other works.
