ST MARKS PRESBYTERY AND NEW PARISH CENTRE, DRUMMOYNE
This project was separated into two stages. The first stage was the construction of the new presbytery. The dwelling maintained the heritage requirements of the council. However, in stage one; the facility was brought up to technological advancement internally to meet the day-to-day parish operations.
Stage two involved stripping out the old heritage-listed presbytery whilst maintaining the original timberwork and ornate staircase. Incorporated in the new works were amenities, large community meeting rooms, disabled access, a total re-roof and structural upgrade and lift installation.
